        Absolutely stunning location. We had a lake view room and it was perfect. The peace and tranquility was amazing. Add to that the lovely food and very welcoming and attentive staff, we will definitely be back.

        What a great find! Spending a few days with friends in the Lake District and wanted to visit Beatrix Potters House. Sawley House Hotel is situated within walking distance. My friend booked Afternoon Tea for the 3 of us. On entering we were greated by the owner, who was friendly, very helpful and humorous. Our table was situated in a lovely dinning room, with a fantastic view across the valley. Food was lovely, very well presented and tasted delicious. Excellent value for money. Venue was clean, well presented and ideal for visiting the area. Would definitely recommend and hope to return again. Thank you.
