        Our heating system (Rayburn Nouvelle) broke down on 23rd December and we called Garry who came out that afternoon to help us. Our usual engineer couldn't get to us until 10th January but Garry came out of his way to fit us in. He spotted the issue immediately and fixed it and also did a service and left everything clean and tidy. Very reasonably priced too. Lovely friendly guy who also gave us some helpful tips. Service: Heating system repair

        A warm, friendly, professional and honest man who was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He got the job done quickly and at a very reasonable price. He also gave me a quick masterclass on how to use my Aga to get the very best out of it. I'm so glad I found him and will definitely use him again. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

        Absolute Cowboy. Moved into new home, Aga being one of the big wow factors. Couldn't wait to cook on it. Tried to cook in it and was taking hours to cook simple dinners. Wife phoned Garry Williams not knowing he has serviced our Aga with the previous owner for few years. Asked him if he could come and look at it or take it out and he was abrupt and rude with my wife, saying, "why do you want to take it out" and "I can't help you with your cooking techniques." Week later we keep smelling gas. So call out cadent gas who tell us we have gas leak so cuts off our gas. Then another gas engineer comes to look where gas leak coming from and as we suspect it is from the Aga gas valve. Also glass covering pilot light is broken so should of been never passed on inspection. Also was covered in cobwebs so not sure it was ever looked at. Looked at service records and whose name was on it. No other than Garry Williams. Tried calling him and left message and weeks later no reply. Just shows you what a king of person he is.
