If you want a yoga class with 'just' poses, this class is not for you. Each practice is a journey crafted with evident care, love and so much positive energy. It's my go to 're-set' button. Highly recommend Praji's class, respecting her wisdom and knowledge. Can't ask for more. Namaste

We have been going to Aum Yoga Academy for over a year now. Myself & my friend go every week & for special evenings. We enjoy every class as we are older ladies (OAP), Praji is very welcoming, patient & an encouraging teacher. It's helping us greatly with our movement, breathing & balancing. Our mindset is so much clearer & we feel more relaxed about life in general. Thank you so much Praji & Aum Yoga. Ann & Pat.

I cant believe how much I am loving this lovely yoga group. I am so pleased I took the first step into going as its change my life and outlook. I love going and get so much out of yoga. Prija is just so amazing, Warm, friendly and so professional. If you want to try yoga - this is the group to attend. Thank you prija for being you and giving us all a fab class each week . Tisha
