Well what a shame we were treated the way we was as this was going to be our regular taxi service. On arriving back to the UK with 2 disabled passengers the minibus we booked wasnt there. The person I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude reduced me to tears. Apparently they didn't have the flight number but they knew the date and there was only one flight that day from Larnaca. The driver that was due to collect us was apparently drunk and had been sacked. Later I find out this was not true. We had to wait over 2 hours in the airport for them to arrange a car to pick us up which was extremely uncomfortable for my disabled mum. No sorry was said once. We have been in touch since no compensation just 30.00 difference for the car instead of mini bus and again extremely rude. I will not be recommended this company to my family or friends and I certainly won't be using them again with the attitude.
