Seconds Out Gym and Sandwich Bar

Went to seconds out after work today not many places are open late on the industrial estate had a lovely cheese burger chips and a lovely cup of tea nice friendly staff spotless clean and value for money will be definitely be going back 10 out of 10

Working on the industrial estate today with Jimmy bee we had some lovely food here and the staff were great definitely coming back when working local prices wasnt expensive thank you will be back soon

When ever beewise security are working in Clacton we always come to seconds out for some lovely fresh rolls sandwiches also lovely burgers the food is always first class and the staff are great highly recommend and not greedy with their prices the owner has given us free teas and coffees and always gives the kids a bag of crisps or chocolate bar. Nice people
