Spec Repairs

First class service, enquiry dealt with speedily, I thought my frames were beyond repair, they have been returned to me within the timescale quoted by Gina, and are brand new, excellent workmanship, highly recommend.

Fabulous service from start to finish. I was very disappointed when Boots opticians were not interested at all in repairing a pair of their glasses of 13 months old, they just have a top rim and the lens fell out, even I didn't think they would be impossible to repair. SpecRepairs offered a very sensible quote and super fast service, saved me 100's in not having to buy new glasses, highly, highy recommended, thank you.

So please with the repair to my glasses, as specsavers could not repair them, replacement cost would be over 300, spec repairs made and fitted new arm, for under40 including postage.

Just excellent from start to end. My initial enquiry was answered within an hour by the professional, efficient and knowledgeable Gina, who answered all questions and gave me clear information. I sent my glasses, using next day by 1pm service from the post office. I was called by the technician the next afternoon who was again professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I got my glasses back the next morning. The repair is solid and, even if you know where it is and look for it, is barely noticeable. They even tightened up the arms and nose bits. Over the moon and worth every penny.
