A very child friendly pub. Staff are fantastic Mo and Archie make you feel welcome. Meals are beautiful and a great price. Fair price for drinks and got a great outdoor garden for the summer months.

Had a lovely lunch here today with a friend. She had the Hunters Chicken and I had Jacket potato with loads of prawns. Will definitely go back an recommend to my family and other friends.

Wouldnt even give 1 star. Tried to come in for a drink with my partner and young baby today. Lady at the bar aggressively told us we couldnt sit where we were trying to, bearing in mind we didnt even get a hello as we walked in. Then completely ignored us when we asked where the correct place for us to sit was. We also had our pram with our baby in. We decided to leave as she made us look like right idiots infront of everyone in the pub. Not a pleasant experience. Would recommend The Ship over the road if your looking for a pleasant friendly drink.
