        Our boiler came up with an Error code which indicated that the systems pressure was low and needed raising. We have very little experience with boilers, and having been advised by the agency (we rent) that this was something we could sort ourselves, we sent a whats app message asking for help/advise. After a very quick exchange of messages we were with hot water and heating again. Weve have also had several visits from DHT over the last year and an half and the team have always been so lovely and professional.
