The customer service of this Boots has really improved in the last 2 weeks. The new manager served me today and I was really impressed with how knowledgeable she was, friendly and caring with my request. If I wasn't mistaken I would of guessed she has been doing this role for many years. A credit to the company and this area. I also experienced her customer service whilst waiting in the queue. This was second to none. You may say that all of this is how customers should feel and experience but I haven't feel this over the years. I will most certainly be sharing this with my friends.
