        I went in today to pick up a prescription for antibiotics. The lady on the till had a terrible attitude and was down right rude. She said we dont have the prescription and I said you do. I will not go into a lot of detail but as i was just about to walk out in disgust the pharmacist called me back and said he could find it. I eventually got my prescription but the woman was so rude and needed some sort of retraining in customer service. Will not go again.

        Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, very friendly and go the extra mile, is how it used to be, now however I find some of the staff hostile, I feel I'm a nuisance/burden in being there, even though I'm hardly ever in there, this is just one or two of the staff not all.

        Very poor service. I have never been able to pick up a prescription in this pharmacy without having to wait. Prescriptions from the surgery are never ready after the two working days reccomend.
