        Last 3 months of collecting prescriptions always closed due to staff or pharmacist shortages. Saturday mornings, Friday evenings a day midweek evenings, Used to be a good chemist

        Every time I have been to this pharmacy the staff are chatting amongst themselves about non work related topics, some were even sitting down and not even actively working on preparing prescriptions or admin and make you wait before they finish their non work related conversations. I find this incredibly unprofessional and rude. The mannerisms and conduct of the staff are the worst I have ever seen in any pharmacy I have been in. give there are 3 boots within 5 minutes walk, you would think they would try harder to ensure their branch stays open as it can't be profitable to have so many stores so close together. I
