        After using this pharmacy since moving to Clacton some 3 years ago I have seen in the last 6 months a noticeable deterioration in the service that has lead me to move to a different pharmacy, I give would have given 5 stars a year ago so something has gone wrong.

        Used to be an efficient friendly service but what has happened over the last few months - don't have items in stock - always owing meds - meds not made up have to stand and wait... after being with you for 8 years I have changed my nominated pharmacy.
