Glad I found this place. If you struggle going to the gym this is the place to go. I always feel motivated to attend the classes as you are not only getting fitter but also having fun. Thomas is very encouraging and he finds exercises that are good and fun. There is an incredible team spirit and people are welcoming and fun. Only think that gets me up early on a weekend!

Not only a good health choice but great fun too. Well organised classes that provide an excellent workout in a fun and friendly environment. A great cross section of workouts with Boxercise, HIT, bootcamps and the gym for personal training, GREAT fun and no excuse to miss a workout, even for the over 55's!! Love the social aspect too, a fun and friendly group of people of all ages with Tom being so motivational, it really makes it an enjoyable journey to good health and fitness... x

Having realised, in my late 40's, that I desperately needed to improve my fitness and consider my long term health I contacted Tom at Prepare2lose. Tom's passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle was immediately apparent and I knew I had made the right choice. I never thought I'd hear myself say that I 'enjoy' demanding exercise classes but that is exactly the case. Boxercise, particularly, is such great fun whilst still being very hard work ! Tom's personal training sessions are bespoke and challenging. Two years on, I know that my lifestyle and fitness are hugely improved. Tom is great to work with, and a really nice guy to boot. Highly recommend on all levels. Thanks Tom !
