Hi I ordered a dance floor for my wedding and he got back to me by email and he's very sarcastic and rude and he said who needs custom!!!! I thought customers pay good money for this company well I am leaving this review because very rude and sarcastic rubbish do not book this company!!!!!!!!!!

2 Hearts saved the day for us. What a helpful and friendly bunch. With just 45 minutes notice, they had a bouncy castle delivered and bouncing full of children in our garden. The other company decided to disappear from the face of the planet today so we were relieved and delighted when they came to the rescue and turned our 3 year old's birthday party from a disaster into a success. Thank you!

I used this company for my 40th birthday celebration on September 2022 and now have the time to leave this review. The reason for my brutal low star review is for a few reasons. Firstly this company are quite unprofessional. When I arrived at the venue, the lady who set up was pleasant enough, she was polite and smiled, but as small talk began this was when it went downhill. She first asked me who's birthday it was, to which I replied it was mine. She gave me a look and said 'and you're sorting your own birthday out?' which I found was quite rude as she sounded very condescending. She was strange in the sense of having no real understanding of human interaction. She then went on to asked if it was a 'big celebration' to which I replied no, not alot of people are coming but it's a family celebration. She then continued to boast about how BIG her birthday celebrations were, which I found was very strange thing to do as I didn't even ask her(!?) The items were generally okay, the 4ft light up numbers and large four in a row game were good, but the cannon ball drop definitely needed attention or even replaced! The worst part was when people came to collect. There was a driver who stayed in the car, and there were two other men, they were late for starters (which wasn't the main problem as these things happen), but they gave the worst customer service! They didn't even give any eye contact or greet anyone as they walked through the door, they just stormed in and started clearing the things without muttering one word! They looked aggressive and very unapproachable. They made me feel extremely intimated, and I had to reluctantly walk up to them to ask about my 70 deposit, he looked at me with and annoyed look on his face, and was so curt when he answered me like he wanted to beat me up. This is no exaggeration! I felt so upset I called up the company to complain, she was apologetic (the same lady from the morning). About 10 minutes later I get a call from a mobile number, and find out it was the husband, asking me to explain again as he 'couldn't get his head around what happened'. I had already explained to his wife, but the man needed me to repeat myself. This was so unprofessional and no need for it in my opinion as I had already spoken to his wife. In the 40 years of my life I have never experienced such horrendous service. Those collection men need to be given some serious training to be more professional, courteous, and friendly. I will never be using them again.
