        Day 1 - neck pain that made a grown tough-ish man cry!! Managed to fit me in at their Clacton branch and was seen by Jamie. A very professional.approach, diagnosed and treated accordingly. Day 2 - Stiff and sore, but nothing like yesterday! Easy day today for me. Thankyou for your help.

        Jamie at the Clacton practice is very professional and knows his stuff . After a few sessions , exercises and advice Im back to being able to walk . Would definitely recommend without a doubt .
