Quick and easy testing, but when it came to sorting some glasses for my little one i mentioned I didn't want to pay anything for her glasses as she mistreats them and I have paid for them before but didn't want to this time. I didn't get any free options offered to me. Bare in mind down the road at another opticians you can get two children's pairs for free. I was given no option but to pay for a pair. It wasn't until someone I know told me I could take the voucher elsewhere I then asked if I could cancel my order which this company agreed to do. I know it's a business they are running but this should be compulsory to tell patients, especially who have vocally announced they would like free glasses, or they should offer a range of glasses covered by the NHS as options. I felt really looked down on for asking for a refund and to take the voucher elsewhere, I was told where ever I go will take over my little ones care from now on so I think they may only want paying customers.

My partner took our little girl here... she felt pressured into paying for glasses yet most other opticians have free options!! Once home my partner phoned for a refund and found these very rude after doing so... will not be going back here and would t recommend

I walked in and was greeted by a lovely young lady.. I have an eye condition which is very painful and uncomfortable. Never been there befor and within 15 minutes I was seen and treated. Wonderful care and service.

I am so happy with the service I received. My baby sitter cancelled on me last minute, the lady at the desk was happy to look after my daughter while i had my eye test. Which was so kind of here. The optician was absolutely amazing gave me all the information i needed. He gave me valuable advice and was really professional. I can not recommend them enough.
