        Eye test, choosing frames, staff all good. Waiting times could be improved Today though when I went to pick up my glasses, the new glasses cases in store are not suitable if you have atheritic hands. I was given an old case that the young girl found lying around. Not sure what I will be given when I collect the second pair in two weeks time.

        I was very pleased with the service that I received at Clacton spec savers when I collected my new glasses. Michael was very diligent and spent time ensuring that the two pairs fitted correctly across my nose and behind my ears. Also that I could both read with them and see at a distance. As a result I am more than happy with both pairs of new glasses and have already recommended Clacton Specsavers to others. Thankyou Michael!
