Funny happy surroundings .with lovely areas to spend time .inner garden Room .fake old fashioned reminiscent room .library room .outside spaces with flowers and pond.actibities every day .foods good and you can join your relatives at the table for dinner in a quiet or comunial dinning area .staff are very attentive .when quietly watched they show caring actions alot even in passing while doing tasks unrelated too the resident . small touches ,smiles and hugs .I am always highly critical and can't find fault hare on any level .it's like a 5 star hotel .we looked at alot of other homes none came higher than 2 stars in my opinion .the place is spotless ,rooms have proper front doors like a house .I could go on and on .but my last word must be that even management join in at dinner times there's no boundaries with their staff everyone takes on care roles when in need .quality might book a room myself
