Lovely nursery. My son has been there a year and they have prepared him well for school so far. He knows a lot of his phonic sounds and can count well. He has also started forming letters.

This nursery is fine unless you have a problem. Not all children are the same. We were very clear from the outset what our 10 month daughter required - specifically how she takes her milk. It is made with cooled boiled water, formula with half a rusk. We were told it wasn't a problem. After the first day, we told they could not make her bottles as instructed without offering any solutions. This makes up a key part of my daughter's diet and food intake. The nursery's terms and conditions specifies that they can terminate the contract if it's in the best interests of the child. They did not use their discretion even though they couldn't give our daughter what she needed. Food is a fundamental part of her care. We ended up having to pay another month's payments as we were required to give notice. There is no cooling off period.
