Been going to this place for at least 6 years I can't go any more as I have arthritis in fingers. Can't recommend enough.

ive had my nails done here for years but after my experience today ill be going elsewhere. the younger man did my nails, after rushing the entire job, i showed him a picture of a french tip with an extra line detail and asked if he needed to see the photo whilst he was painting - he said no. after painting two nails i asked if i could show him the picture again to which he replied no and became quite hostile, he then said he couldnt do them. i said it was okay and that he could just do a normal french tip, i have left with a manicure that isnt even dry, is completely uneven and messy and my fingers are painted as well. extremely disappointed and in shock that none of the other staff offered to step in Services: Pedicure, Manicure

I've never ever been so mistreated and disrespected in my life. This nail shop has turned absolutely awful. They take no pride in their work, just to rotate and rush people in and out. I came in to have a simple pedicure as I have plenty of times. I have my gels soaked off and repainted and I have a acrylic extension on my big toe. I had an awful member of staff he was so rude and very agressive, there are too many details!! But one thing I would like to say because there is such a danger of this happening. With one of the drills the man drilled so far onto my natural nail while trying to get the acrylic off he went into my natural nail with the drill and started to make the middle of my toe bleed, underneath the nail and he had reached my skin. It was extremely painful and I was twitching and moving saying that it is very sore. He quickly painted over to hide his fault. He was sincere on charging me 30 which I had refused to pay because of the way I had been treated and the result of my toe nails. I had a very helpless chat with the boss, no sincere apology, and was made to pay because my toes were now finished. So so shocked with how I was treated. Service: Pedicure
