        Are you talking about the same shop? My Dad's never had to buy a card in his life until my dear mum got vascular dementia. He's always raving about how good and helpful they are. They get him a chair and always let him know what card's best for what age or if he's confused about the relation. He thought he needed a 21st Grandson card but being 93, they kindly pointed out that he might want Great Grandson! He can't praise them enough and he is always complimented on the cards he sends.

        The manager at this shop says she boosts the best customer service in the area, but twice now my elderly parents customer experience has been anything but. I think the issue isnt the staff but the self righteous manager who works there. We as a local family will never shop there again, I suggest you dont either!!!
