At first the contact and communication was brilliant and all seemed to be going well. We informed haart that we have poor credit and if it came to it we would fail a credit check and also can't get any guarantors, Haart said this wouldn't be a problem and they canhelp us regarding this. Well we then found a property and automatically after viewing they sent out an offer letter, without speak to the landlord about our concerns.. we then tried for close to a week to book a 2nd viewing which took ALOT of phonecalls to prompt them, then the lies started... claiming they couldn't do a viewing because the landlord was abroad but yet the first viewing we had the landlord was abroad also then but they had the keys. Anyways we finally get the 2nd viewing and decide to go for the property.. then they decide to go back on what they said to us and said we need a guarantor if not we need to pass a credit check... there was no compromise on any of this they just weren't interested in helping. So they've basically just wasted our time when we have 1month left in our current property before we're made homeless....that's time we could of spent finding somewhere else or putting out effort into other potential properties... but because we liked the one from Haart and it was more big enough for our needs, granted it needed some work which we was more than willing to put it. We was even happy to get a letter from our current landlord to prove that we has consistently paid rent on time for the last 6 years with no issues but nope. So they wasted our time and gave us false hope knowing they wernt actually going to help us. Oh and to add that they lied about another property we showed interest in, it was a 4 bed and they stated "the landlord don't want kids there" which later turned out to be false it was because they had someone else putting an offer on it. Defo avoid!!!! I would seriously avoid
