        Absolutely shocked at how rude and unprofessional this woman is ... I have used these before and never had an issue but today one of my peices of furniture was damaged but its my word against theirs and of course I loose. When I tried discussing it with the director she basically told me I wouldn't be getting any compensation despite the lads coming back to mine and saying it was possible it was them. when I said I've been a loyal customer but today has ruined it and I wouldn't be back she said that's fine and hung up on me ... I'm heartbroken and so angry. Please if you value your money and like being treated respectfully don't go here
