        Each time I've gone into Superdrug for advice about what makeup would suit me, they've given me the right products. Good helpful staff and decent enough prices.

        Poor customer service,items not priced up,then overcharged at the till for other items, supervisor checked,agreed with cashier,who apologised to me. Supervisor Never engaged with me over the mistakes, think it was an inconvenience to her,as she seemed busy. Needs to go on a customer care course, to learn, how to treat customers, alternatively,carry on being dissimissive!
