Total Look

I have been in need of a proper haircut for months, after someone I personally know gave me a bad hairstyle. It did not suit. Id been walking past Total Look for a long time, somewhat too afraid to enter because I was so ashamed of how I looked. I garnered the courage to enter and was greeted by Anne, or Ann (sorry, I didnt ask for clarification). She was very welcoming and I felt at ease with her straight away. I showed her a photo of how I would love my hair to look. She said she could, and fitted me in there and then for the works. I was sat beside a lovely woman and we all chatted ( Ive been unused to this as Ive always found talking difficult) Anne put me at ease. I was offered coffee, magazines to read, and she was so kind to not only cut my hair but show me how to style it, and manage it, what type of products I should buy in the future so I could style my hair at home. That was so kind of her. You have a repeat customer! You won me over with your kindness, and of course the nicest hairstyle Ive ever had! I look decent, all my friends say I look beautiful and I feel it now, too. Thank you, Ann, and Total Look for helping me to gain my confidence and I cannot recommend you enough. Im so pleased! I will not be going anywhere else. 100% a wonderful experience to be repeated often!
