        Had hair done by Niel a few weeks back and was happy with end result. Booked to go and have it trimmed up last week but when got there on date/ time of appointment was disapointed to find shop shut. I'd had no call to cancel appointment. I had to then try and find alternative hairderess late in day to have hair trimmed ready for family funeral next day. It wasnt just myself that arrived but another client too.
