Wouldn't bother if you're doing weights, pretty much always busy unless you go at silly o'clock (had to go before 5am to get some bench space). Gym is pretty much unusable at regular times. Like a bad puregym with outdated contracts, moved over 200 miles away and just because there's a gym 14.3 miles from my house they won't cancel the end of the contract. (who is going to trek 14 miles) Contacting the staff takes over a month when you're trying to deal with anything other than joining (when they'll respond instantly) Join a better local gym, or go for a jog if you're after cardio.

Good modern gym facilities, cadio, weights, resistance, bars, etc., good showers, friendly staff, easy parking at rear. Go on push yourself and burn some calories as well as build up stamina and strength what's to loose?
