        A few weeks ago I was trying to explain to work coach about my new payment amount which starts on 27th May 2022 she had no idea what I was talking about luckily kovi was there and heard my conversation she backed me up by telling her that I'm on UC APA kovi told her because I'm not in arrears with my rent but sometimes it's there attitude they don't have a clue and I still have to attend every 2 weeks even though I'm under a support group

        i don't know based on which criteria are hiring people in there...my experience with them was a nightmare, I spent 3 and half hours for a HRT interview that I already passed in London in 30 minutes. After 9 days I've been told that I failed and their ridiculous reason was that "it doesn't matter you've been self employed for more than 3 years, you didn't earn anything this month then you are not a self employed " eventhough I provided all the evidence, they didn't even bother to look at them. All the staff I dealt with very unprofessional, they have no idea what they are doing... Very disappointed!!!
