terrible! just terrible! Monday 18th March they came here to tear out the bathroom and fit a new one got told only a few days as it's only a small bathroom and now we are on the the 27th and tiles are even fitted yet! they love to milk a days work and try to get as much money as they can for a job that shouldn't take too long I could of done it quicker my self

Excellent service. My gas fire just died during the coldest time. Was expecting to be told need new fire or huge bill for repair.....no it just needed a service ! Even better was way cheaper than I anticipated and all done in a COVID safe professional manner. Will definitely use again. Not forgetting the very helpful lady on the telephone. Thank you

Fantastic Service, phoned Shafe and Son tuesday morning and spoke to Melanie and explained that our boiler needed replacing, she arranged a visit for the same afternoon for a representative to call and discuss. As promised a quote was received within a couple of hours, spoke to melanie again wednesday to make a couple of changes, and then agreed the quote, Melanie managed to source a boiler for us on Thursday and Friday morning the guys arrived to fit it. They worked hard and completed the job in a morning, with a minimum of fuss, and no mess. We now have a shiny new boiler working perfectly, and all for an excellent price. I can now cancel the British Gas appointment for next thursday. Cannot recommend them enough, very nice people who do very good work.
