AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I first contacted Phil early 2021 and have very much hesitated to post this. Seeing as how I have now been well and truly conned I thought I best share my experience to warn others. I ordered one of his custom shoe boxes that he frequently advertises all over his social media. It arrived in April, damaged. I paid for delivery through him so that way it would be insured. Unfortunately trying to get Phil to send me out a new box was nothing short of a nightmare. I tried every possible way, messaging him and phoning him. Phil was very reassuring that my new box was complete and hed just been busy. All the while Id watch him on social media working on other projects and fulfilling other customers orders, whilst forgetting about mine. This continued right through to December. January 2022 was the last time I heard from Phil and from then until now he has ignored every attempt I have made at contacting him. The order was worth hundreds of pounds. I have no clue how this guy sleeps at night knowing how he rips people off when the items turn up damaged that hes charged them to insure. Sadly after reading other reviews it seems Im definitely not the only person this has happened to, its very sad. Do not be fooled by this guys social media. If your order arrives damaged hes not going to replace it or reimburse you, he will however ignore you and con you out of your hard earned money he took for his very expensive and poor quality service. POOR POOR QUALITY AND BIGGEST MISTAKE USING THIS GUY !! DO NOT PAY HIM UPFRONT BECAUSE YOU WONT GET A FINISHED JOB AND HE WONT RESPOND TO ANY CALLS OR TXS GOING WITH SHARPS NOW TO DO THE JOB PROPERLY HES SOCIAL MEDIA IS NOT TRUE REPRESENTATION OF THE WORK HE DOES , AVOID !!

Phil rebuilt my bay window roof. He is a skilled reliable worker and his pricing was very reasonable.

Brilliant guy brilliant work had bed made for son's room and also under stairs all remade in to a cupboard and dog house would highly recommend
