        Friendly, approachable and informative staff with excellent presentation skills. Very nicely done. And coach and horses and very personable drivers that made a difficult time bareable for the next of kin and their families . Thank you

        East of England Coop Funeral Services at Clacton arranged my mothers funeral, with my funeral coordinator being Sam Tye. Of course this was a sad and distressing event, but I was impressed and grateful for the sympathetic and professional service Sam provided. She gave us time, she listened carefully to our wishes, and treated us and our mother with respect. The order of service she arranged to be printed was very nicely presented too. Sam arranged for our funeral celebrant to be Evelyn, and she was also excellent, consulting me to ensure everything was according to our wishes. She too was sympathetic and professional, and spoke beautifully at the funeral. I am not sure what funerals usually cost, but the cost for this funeral seemed very reasonable.
