The Epping Close Surgery

I have been with this practice for three years, never been able to see a doctor, all the work left for the reception staff, who with the exception of one of them are very good, and the next nurse practitioners. No chance of me seeing a doctor if there are any.

This surgery has strangely, vastly improved since covid. There is finally a much fairer appointment system in place. Still has someway to go to being a be surgery I'd recommend though. Update : 2023, the surgery has resumed it's unfair system of who gets through first gets an appointment. Some lovely staff and some rude. I've had poor consideration for child with additional needs by the surgery. Shame as it was improving.

Lovely building. However, if you need medical help, go to the walk-in centre at the hospital. Phones are taken off the hook immediately at the "line available time's". Repeat Prescriptions, a bit of a lottery, some you win some you dont. Upset or question the receptionist, and your chances of anything medical happening are zero... can't add to much more, I'm after my heart meds...now being prescribed GTN spray incase I get angina!!.wish they'd talk to me instead of assuming..
