        I literally had to switch doctor's surgery because the receptionists are useless and rude. Never see the same doctor let alone even get an appointment. Voted the worst surgery in Tendring for a reason!

        As a working adult and someone who has been told that they need their blood pressure checked, i find it incredible in the year 2017 that I can not book an appointment in advance but have to get in a bun fight at 8am on the morning you want an appt. Unfortunately, as I commute and can't phone until 8.30 i often can't get an appointment as they've all run out.Shocking way to treat people
