Receptionist think they can diagnose someone over the phone and think they have the right to decide weather it should be spoken to the doctor about and if they believe you do not need the help they end the phone, i then called back regarding the same problem where I was then told to read guidelines on the GOV website! I have serious concerns about the health of myself and my family and I was given this advice!!! Previously i suffered with severe stomach problems and i was left being told I was constipated or possibly had IBS still with no treatment or help investigating into it, 8 months of dealing with these stomach problems I was then rushed to colchester hospital where I was informed I had sepsis my appendix had been rupturing and rehealing itself throughout these months and thats what my pain was! I ended up with seconds left on my life with several ulcers aswell as sepsis I was rushed in for an emergency operation where I was released a few days later I still had issues had tried talking with the doctors however wi was still ignored then ended up back in colchester with my ulcers worsened and severely Ill! Since this I have had many mental health appointments as I suffer with that aswell and since all these situations it has worsened! To then call today try putting my faith back into them especially as I am 26 weeks pregnant with my 1st child and I have her to think about too now and as I am concerned again I decided to call them and I am told to follow guidelines on the GOV website! This is an absolute joke I feel I have been neglected my medical care that I am entitled to and am seriously considering changing my doctors
