Terrible customer service. Waiting 15 minutes in a queue while another older member of stuff was too busy stroking a dog in the store! The queue was 8 people long. Not very good

Very poor customer service as wife suffers from COPD/Asthma and does not wear a mask. Person on door demanded proof and when I, who was wearing a mask, said get the manager was told that he was the manager. Better training required for this fellow. (Saturday, 08 August 2020 @ 13:00 hrs.)
