        Your call back service does not register the correct umber!!! Out number was pressed in three times, the number repeated back to me was quite different to my number.

        Absolute awful, still working from home 2 yrs after covid, never answer the phone, Clacton office only opens reduced hours. They alway send out threatening letters on a Friday knowing nothing can be done because theyre never open or available at the weekend. Ever since rebate was sent, they are desperate, they want you to set up a direct debit, but you shouldnt have to. Its time for reform, certain powers need to be taken away, to many council members doing nothing, TDC is a joke, they need to be given the Twitter treatment..
