Low quality products. Rip-off prices. Disgusting customer service. I have no idea how it's still trading. Avoid this poor excuse for a shop like the plague!

I have repeatedly given this store opportunities to improve but all I get is rude arrogance. I have paid for a service having the papers delivered for the last couple of years repeatedly the papers are not delivered or delivered very late every time I telephone to complain I get a rude gentleman making excuses. This morning the paper didnt arrive again I telephoned and he told me that the children are gone to school? I said whats that got to do with anything the children have to go to school and make their deliveries before they go? Well Ive only just got the papers in. I told him well thats funny because every other shop has had them for the last couple of hours. I asked him why he doesnt inform his customers if he is unable to deliver he couldnt answer that I said you could have emails telephone numbers. So yet again because he is on his own and the children have gone back to school he cant deliver the papers. Also for the last two years every time you go to the shop it is locked you have to speak to people through the letterbox which is absolutely ridiculous. I will take my business elsewhere

I Needed Some Bread and Milk. the Lady Wouldnt Let me in Shop has to Shout Thru Door What I Wanted. and Pay thru Glass on my Card. 3.88 got Charged Bread Was Only Medium Kings Mill and Milk What I didnt Want. Never Go there a Again.

A smug little fella with a confused accent we couldnt place. Sky high Prices, monopolising on the presence of the hospital opposite. 1 for a can of Coke marked as a, multipack not for resale, is not acceptable!
