Not happy with the service within the post office since the new owners have taken. Did not make me aware that the last collection had occurred. If I had known I would have gone into town. Will not be using this post office again.

Please update the opening times of the post office. Walked all the way there and it was only the shop open.... that isnt the post office section

Customer service is seriously lacking.. the old lady who works in post office there is arrogant.. acts like she's doing you a favour instead of the job she's paid for. Refuses to send items which ain't on the prohibited section yet other post offices are fine to take. If you don't want to be given the run around go elsewhere. Let's hope they wise up and get rid sooner than later.. Tried speaking to manager and about as useful as a chocolate teapot.. Avoid the place if you don't want to be spoken to rudely and that's if they bother to put there phones down.. In reply to the response: It was your staff who was rude and slamming there hands down on counter.. Post office complaint has been made with the head office. Hopefully they get someone else in to run the post office in a better and more professional manner..
