BHAVIN EXPRESS (Jigs)

On 2nd May around 14.50 the man in his 30s seving in this shop was verbally aggressive to a downsydrome child about 11 yrs old in the shop with a woman because she accidentally bump the sweet stand with her back pack. A woman in the shop spoke up in defense and said don't talk to her like that and the man became angrier. The man and 4/ 5family members followed the lady out of the shop shouting aggressively . 2 adults that witness this came from the station to defend the older lady who was trying to walk away. This shop is over stocked and unsafe aswel as dirty. Even their dog was sitting on the fridge.

Picked up a parcel from this place, the person behind the counter didnt seem like he wanted to serve me to busy on his phone to care, eventually he bothered to take note I was stood there, after getting the parcel wrong three times (giving me other peoples without a care in the world) I then was given my fragile parcel upside down with the clear marking arrows up this way slammed it on the counter, once I had got it home and checked the item was broke to my surprise. Ive contacted the small business hopefully they chase that place for a refund as it was clearly the shop worker who broke it. Hopefully I never have to pick up a parcel from this shop again.

Will not take Amazon returns, even when Amazon says that they do and a sign on the door says they do. Most rude lady on the counter. DON'T GO THERE.
