Please do not trust this woman with anything, I asked her if she would be able to take out the back of my wedding dress as it was a bit too tight. She told me to leave it with her and shed have a look at what she could do. I did this expecting some communication in what could and couldnt be done. Instead I had a simple text to tell me my dress was ready. On collection, I was devastated at what she had done to my dress, she became annoyed with me and said that she had neglected other work to do my dress. I said I appreciated that but if she had called me to tell me what she was going to do, I would have asked her to leave it and taken it somewhere else. I didnt dream what state my dress would end up in. She said that she doesn't phone customers! She had no empathy at all and ended up being very blunt and rude to me. I paid her for taking the dress up but that was it. I have been advised to take her to a small claims court but Id rather come on here and prewarn others.
