I wanted a buffet for an event in Clacton and someone found this company and provided me with a phone number. I rang it but nobody answered though I got a message directing me to a web site but I did not know if it was 2 Hearts or Two Hearts as this was not spelled out. I will not say that nobody called me back, but if they did I did not get the call. A couple of days later I again called and again nobody answered, only the usual message. I left my own message saying ( correctly) that the term ' Two Hearts ' was used for wedding car suppliers, wedding flowers, wedding planners etc but I could not find the right ' Two Hearts '. I said that they were not easy to trace and that I really wanted to see menu's and options. They do not seem to cater for less than 90 persons which is fair enough and while I did not have 90 guests I would have ordered that amount. Just now ( Sunday ) I remembered that time was getting short and chanced a call. The phone was answered by a man. When I identified myself he said ' we can't do your job mate ' then he said something I did not understand and the phone went dead. I called again saying ' I'm sorry, I'm not trying to harass you but I didn't understand what you said '. The man replied ' you are harassing us, we didn't like your messages, your attitude stinks mate, we don't want to work for you '. Then again the phone was put down. OK, my order would have been for not much more than 300. This is just my experience, it may have been a ' one off '. Just be careful not to upset the proprietors if you use this business.
