        Finally made it into brach the younger male staff member was really helpful sorted out my stuff in a calm professional polite manner, this is great as banks once was like this 40years ago Keep up the good work let's hope the choice to visit in branch remains an option for another forty years

        As you know I've always been nationwide best customer no one has ever a bad thing to say I'm always polite and happy when I visit this branch Mark the manager and nicky are pleasant are most recent staff Rachel is very good and we pleased to have her and Candise back with us as well all staff willing to offer help and support to all our members hope to see you soon .

        Thank you to lady who helped me with a query on Saturday. I was tying to open an account for my sister in law who is disabled and all the other banks were making thinks really complicated. However I simply went into branch and spoke to the blonde lady who was missile cashier and she took the time to explain the process clearly and simply. I have been a customer for over 25 years and there is no way I would go elsewhere. Thanks for your help
