        My grandson Asked for braids with fade at back. After completely shaving the back of head - looks ridiculous. They advised they couldnt do braids.cost 18.00 I went to complain as they were unable to actually do the requested style but had taken the money and not advised until the end they couldnt complete the style. . They pulled faces and said didnt understand English that well. Maybe they shouldnt be cutting hair if they cant look at a photo and advise they cant do the style. Terrible customer service. Terrible cut !! Service: Fade cut
