        Always polite, friendly and helpful staff. It is nice to be recognised by the staff, nothing beats the personal touch in this day and age. There are not many banks/building society branches left but I would recommend this branch.

        Won't give me a bank account because my credit score or is only just over halfway, but they do advertise current accounts for Ukrainian refugees so that's nice. I'm not really one for discrimination but that does feel a little ironic
