Guy behind the counter (I believe his name was Jamie) was left all by himself with a full queue, bin full, floor filthy, tables dirty and full of rubbish. He was left to get the food out and serve while what I'm assuming is the duty manager Kiera(?) who could have easily helped him was out the back. Came out to put change in the till and then buggered off out the back leaving the gentleman all alone again to fill up the machines and have the place a state with non stop customers. The duty manager is very clearly lazy and incompetany doing what she can to make her job easier. Get rid before she ruins the store
