        Big shout out for exceptional customer service from Jen on the bicycle counter. Had a broken component of a Halfords light, which I feared would not be available. We identified what needed replacing (fortunately I had the purchase receipt on my phone), and she swapped it out from existing stock. Helpful, friendly, and outstanding customer skills. Well done and 5 stars (only because I couldn't give 6!)
