DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! We called this dealer a few days prior to notify them that we will be travelling an hour and half to view a car they had for sale. We made them aware that if the car was as described that we would be taking the car no questions asked. We arrived at the premises to be greeted which all seemed well but after looking round the car in question, there was no prep done to the car for our arrival. The car was in a very inexcusable state such as a musky smell from the seat which were still damp, mould, engine compartment in a bad state with cobwebs, rust as well as the overall appearance just shocking. Not to forget that the car had no coolant in it what so ever and error lights on the dashboard. We clearly knew this wasnt the car for us so we gave the key back to Simon and we told him this car wasnt for us. I asked if he was aware of the issue as well as the car didnt have any coolant in it which he replied well I do now. I handed him the key back and without saying anymore we walked away. As a small business owner myself I understand that sometimes things can get a bit on top of you so things can go a miss. This was just clearly someone trying to shoot there shot so for these reasons I would seriously stay away. Especially considering that once we told the owner the reasons why we were walking away we didnt really get a response back. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!

Bought my mini cooper s from Simon at heartys what a fantastic guy nothing was to much trouble picked the car up earlier than expected such a relaxed atmosphere and the car was immaculate definitely 10 stars for heartys
