Vladas and his workmen completely renovated my property and made it look brand new throughout, putting down joists and new floorboards, as well as wainskirting and new doors before painting and decorating. I must say it does look amazing and all my friends and relatives are very impressed with the transformation of what was quite a sad and old looking property! I was particularly pleased that Vladas allowed me to pay as he worked and even came with me to help choose all the items, letting me use his discounted cards to buy with. I can totally recommend his building services and workmanship... and I must say, a friendlier and more honest builder you shall not find! Greg

Review Fantastic service from the initial consultation to the final outcome. We bought a house in a terrible state and it all had to be refurbished , the Get A Builder Team listened to our needs and provided the professional constructive solutions. They have done an outstanding work from A to Z - kitchen fitting, bathroom fitting and plumbing, laminate floors fitting, stone tiles floor fitting, tiling the kitchens and bathrooms walls , painting the whole house , fencing , they also refurbished the porchs roof that eventually looked like brand new , they even fixed, painted and renewed the shed that we were initially planning to get rid off because of the state of it . To our biggest surprise they even came up with the solution of how to get rid of the damp in the house - we wouldnt even have noticed it but the house was surrounded by this ditch of soil and it didnt even come to our minds it could be causing the damp because of the poor drainage so they advised us to dig out the soil , install the drainage and fill the ditch with the cement. The Get A Builder service was prompt, reliable, reasonably priced , friendly , knowledgeable and professional. We highly recommend their services and would absolutely use their business again when the need arises. Thanks again !

Vladas and his team have worked for me extensively over the last month. He has helped clear up after a leak, lay a wooden floor, tile the hall and lay a small amount of patio. I cannot recommend him and his team highly enough. Hes entirely reliable, if he tells you he will do something it will be done. He constantly looks to deliver the best value and will be honest about the best and most cost effective way of carrying out the work. Twice he suggested alternative solutions that were better value for money. He works efficiently and very cleanly and he leaves the site as he left it. His prices are very reasonable and hes honest about how long jobs will take. He represented exceptional good value compared to other quotes we received. Finally and equally importantly he is a pleasure to deal with. Nothing is too much effort and he is always so cheerful. Hes also been so generous with his advice for other jobs Ive been doing myself with lots of really handy top tips. Give Get a Builder a ring, you wont regret it!
