I cant recommend Jordan enough! Jordan was absolutly brilliant throughout the whole process of sorting my Help 2 Buy re-mortgage and renewing my life and income protection insurance. I was recommended by family members who had previously worked with him and they all said how professional, friendly and responsive Jordan is. I was dreading the whole process before the renewal date, but I had nothing to worry about in the end! The whole process was really quick, Jordans recommended contacts for surveyors and solicitors were very efficient too. Jordans friendly and informative approach was greatly appreciated during what can be a stressful time when trying to find documents and understanding the Help 2 Buy process. Jordan took the time to insure that I understood every aspect of the re-mortgage and help to buy and answered every single question I had. Thank you so much for all your help!

As first time buyers we didnt know where to start. The whole buying process seemed daunting for us especially with no deposit, this was an unthinkable idea. We reached out to Jordan initially for some advice to see what deposit was needed, if he could give us some guidance. He made us aware of a scheme in which your landlord can use something called a Concessionary Mortgage. Our landlady agreed to this (amazingly) and we could finally put the agreement in principle underway. Jordan helped from top to bottom. He made the whole process so simple and easy. His attention and care for us as his clients was brilliant. Checking in throughout the whole process and answering any questions we had. He didnt make us feel uneasy or out of our depth, his knowledge and experience was second to none. A simple chat about ideas for saving and first steps turned into us owning our first home! Wed encourage anyone to get in touch no matter what stage youre at, these things are possible to achieve. I dont think we would use anyone else for our future mortgage deals. Having dealt with Jordan when I bought my house, it made sense to deal with him again now my fixed rate is coming to an end. He found me a great deal and gave me ideas I'd not thought of myself which has knocked years off my term and not actually cost me a lot more money a month. I would highly recommend using his services. He is professional in what he does but also very down to earth and nothing seems too much trouble. I will certainly be getting in touch again in 5 years time :-)
