Cannot speak highly enough of Belinda and the team for how they have handled the sale of my house. I could list the difficult stakeholders (and include myself) that have made a tricky sale even harder. Some truly incompetent people making the bonest of bone mistakes and being truly inept at basic, timely communications. Belinda @ Beercocks was the one person who communicated regularly whether it was good or bad news, proactively engaged with other parts of the chain and proposed solutions to problems rather than just create them. I would like to say a huge thank you to the team at Beercocks, Kingswood, Hull! Earlier this year I sold my house with a different estate agent, and after months of waiting the sale fell through! I was devastated and the service I received was poor to say the least. From the moment Henry Beercock visited my home I felt important, reassured and looked after and this has not stopped since that day! The service & communication has been exceptional, Belinda has been brilliant! Selling a house is a stressful time for anyone, especially when it falls through first time round, however Beercocks, Kingswood have made it as stress free as possible.
